My first mobile blog...

I'm posting this from my Sidekick while in a meeting...and trying to learn my way around the blog-o-sphere! So not sure how it will turn out...

For those of your that have been following the local news you've seen the news about City Plan Commissioner Michael Davis and Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Dwaine Caraway working hard in our community to shut down these "hot sheet" motels.

The motels continue to breed crime and prostitution amongst other eyesores in our communities and several of them have publicly blamed it on the citizens that live in the neighborhood. Quite naturally the motels are fighting back against every attempt to shut them down.

Please join us on Friday morning for a hearing at Frank Crowley Courthouse at 9:45a.m. if you can.
